Nairns GF oatcakes
GF Granola

Think the Americans seem to call it Gluten Allergy/ or pronounce the word Gluten slightly differently to UK. We haven’t been for a few years - but I remember having difficulty asking about gluten-free food - until I understood how they referred to it.

Take some gluten free bread rolls, At least if there is nothing else you can have a roll to fill you up. Put some small jam sachets in your hand luggage or a peanut butter in the top of your suitcase so It’s easily reachable after you get your baggage and a plastic knife so you have a filling too

I always take cheap rice cakes from Aldi and oat cakes. I’ve not found America to be an issue though (although it depends where you are obv)
