Hi I need some help on lunch ideas. DD is in a nut free and may contain nut free school.

No problem with her actual sandwich/wrap but it's the other things to put in there.
They also can't have fruit pouches, smoothies or fruit bars.

Would love some ideas and especially if your children have an allergy what to you put in their lunch boxes?

My daughter is the same, sorting out the lunch box always used to be so difficult. I came across a brand called Creative Nature and they're free from the top 14 and have guaranteed no may contains! Their founder has anaphylaxis so know that the brand that takes allergies really seriously. My daughter loves their bars, they're fab for her pack lunches!

Is soreen loaf allowed? That should be ok. Oat cakes and babybel/other small cheese, fruit, mini cheddars, homemade flapjack, cocktail sausages, yoghurt. Hope those suggestions are helpful

Doves farm bars, small bags of pretzels or we make everything. If you Google my username you’ll find lots of recipes and a link to my cookbook which will give you plenty of ideas
