Hello, I wonder if you can help me please. My daughter has developed a food intolerance and we as a family are looking for healthy food options. Where do you buy from please? Looking for reasonably-priced healthy food ranges. Thank you in advance. (UK only please)

I have food intolerances, we buy from Aldi and mostly cook from scratch, avoiding the things I can't eat. Not quite sure what you mean by "healthy food ranges", sorry.

What is the intolerance and what are you trying to find/replicate?

Gluten-free. Brands like Amisa and Biona for example. I feel like maybe cooking from scratch might be the best option…

Ok. I'm gluten/wheat free. You need to be looking at naturally GF foods really, rather than substitutes.
