I've been trying to eat healthy the past week or so. Eating porridge for brekkie, salad for lunch, lighter dinners.
However the past two days, I've felt really sick/stomach cramps after eating certain foods.
This has never happened before and I'm worried I've triggered some sort of intolerance from eating so many salads 
The two things I've eaten that have made me feel awful are:
- pain au chocolat (I know this wasn't a healthy choice haha)
- pasta for dinner
Im sat here on my sofa with my kneels pulled up with such bad cramps and I feel very nauseous! Does pasta make you feel poorly??
