Fondant icing "may contain nuts"

Has anyone found a brand of fondant icing that does not say "may contain nuts"?

If not, what's your preferred way of decorating an exciting birthday cake for a child with allergies?

You can make fondant icing, look up the marshmallow method

Its probably made in the same factory as marzipan

Thanks. I'd previously discounted making icing myself because icing sugar always seems to say "not suitable for egg allergy sufferers", but I've just had another Google and apparently Whitworths icing sugar is OK. So perhaps that's the solution.

Tate and Lyle fondant icing sugar doesn’t have a nut or egg warning. I have a packet in my cupboard and have just checked.

Oh! Thank you. That's very helpful. They don't do that one at my supermarket and it didn't come up when Googling so I didn't realise they did a specific fondant sort. I'll have to shop around a bit more.
