What is this?

Hi, a random raised spot had appeared on the side of my stomach. Does anybody know what this is? Dh thought a scab but it can't be as i havent been injured there. Could this be caused by the heat maybe or some kind of allergy? Has anyone seen anything similar?

It looks like a new mole to me. Is it itchy or sore? If not, it could just be a mole. Than can appear in adulthood.
