Acid reflux and constipation 6 month old- advice!!

Looking for advice as my baby still seems to be struggling with her acid reflux and constipation. She is sick all day long and brings up bile which must be so uncomfortable for her. She has been prescribed omeprazole which helps but the reflux is still there and perhaps I'm a little worried about the long term use of the medication. I am combi feeding as the breast milk can be too thin and come back up easier than the anti reflux milk she is on. The anti reflux milk is fab but makes her constipation worse. Does anyone have experience of dealing with a baby with these and can offer any advice on how to make her more comfortable? She still wakes every 2 hours in the night. I have tried:
Omeprazole
Boiled water
Lactulose
Prunes
Starting her on solids at 5 months.
Baby massage for constipation.

Also, from experienced mums, how long does the reflux last?!

Any advice welcome FlowersSmile

My daughter was constipated from birth.
She would sick up milk and would always need help to have a poo.
We have been using lactulose each day for the last four months along with Aptamil Comfort and she is finally pooping by herself (we are slowly cutting out the laxative)

I realised that the combi feeding was making her sick - she would always throw up after the milk
and once we went to using just formula the sick after milk stopped!

It looks like you have tried a lot of things but it might be worth just going back to one or two and giving them a longer go.

As she is still little my health visitor advised no water and no food as her stomach wouldn’t be ready and it could make things worse.
she said the baby needs as much nutrition from
the milk as they can get and if you give them
water it will take away the hunger for the milk.

I see that you've posted this under the allergies section. Are you suspecting an allergy @Summer6731?

I’d try a dairy free diet. This sounds like my eldest.

I've got CMPA Sausage and it sounds just like my symptoms.
