How long does allergic rhinitis last? Grass pollen allergy

My three year old start having horrible runny nose blocked face a bit swelled eyes puffy.
She had it last year too, but now I can't remember how long it lasted?
We do take antihistamines can't do much more I guess
I hope this well get better after a few days (the runny nose?)?

Are you using saline spray? That along with antihistamines is what our ENT consultant advised.
If definitely grass also make sure clothes aren't dried outside, windows kept shut, minimise time outside if pollen count is high etc. You could consider an air purifier too.
