Hello. My 4 year old has had patches of eczema mostly on arms and some on thighs. Has been the case on and off since about 18 months. Hydrocortisone has cleared up patches at times but doesn't seem to work now. We use diprobase all over. We did use aveeno in the bath and have started trying the baby child's farm fragrance free bubbles. They do need a bath every day after sand/paint etc at nursery.
Any suggestions of other creams to try? The patches on her arms are so stubborn, very red and dry.

Eumovate is the next steroid cream up from hydrocortisone so give that a go. Otherwise diprobase is good - twice the day and and other nappy or clothes changes. Have you ruled out food allergies? Dairy most common.
aveeno made my boys eczema worse FYI so we just use oilatum in the bath - haven’t tried Childs farm

We use hydrocortisone along with hydromol cream.
The hydromol we use 4x a day.

Thanks for the info! I think I will try Eumovate!
