8 week old struggling

My 8wo is usually a happy chilled little thing but the last few weeks (but in particularly the last few days when it has worsened) she has been really struggling and seems very unsettled and in pain in-between feeds. I hate seeing her so unsettled and in pain. She is EBF and is really squirming and crying and hard to settle. I am worried in case she has silent reflux or a dairy allergy or something else but haven't a clue how to tell what it is. She has also developed a bit of a rash just around her face the last few days (pics attached). I'm not sure if that is baby acne or related in some way. She is pooing regularly and every nappy change has poo. She is often a little congested (but again might not be related and could be hayfever or as she is a c-section baby). She does seem to guzzle the milk and splutter a bit sometimes, particularly on one side which has a fast letdown and squirts a lot (sorry tmi). I am worried in case it's my fault and my latch isn't great and is allowing air in. Does anyone know what her discomfort could be and how to resolve it? I thought of trying to cut out dairy but I'm really sleep deprived and don't want to have to cut out my fav foods if I don't need to. Thank you!

Sorry two more symptoms to mention...she's vomiting a lot inbetween feeds and she's also farting a lot in case that helps with a diagnosis...thanks!

My ds was covered in eczema since 1 week old. He was very unsettled baby who was crying all the time. We thought it was reflux too at first.

Turned out, he had multiple food allergies, and reacting to the allergens in my breast milk. It took until he was about 6/7 months old to get final diagnosis for allergies. Once diagnosed, I went on total restricted diet and his condition changed over night.

I don't know what is causing your dc to have discomfort, but first step is to talk to HV or GP. My ds was referred to dermatology specialist nurse by HV and that led to referral to the allergy clinic in hospital.
