DD got results from York Labs this afternoon for a Food Sensitivity Test and she's tested the highest reaction possible (100) to Cows Milk and Egg Whites.
She intermittently suffers upset tummy and tummy pains and feels sick but there has not been a pattern to date and we've not been able to pin down any particular causes ourselves so we're a bit confused at the level of sensitivity recorded.
She also has a high Gluten (Gliadin) reaction but had a cheese sandwhich this afternoon with no adverse rection (yet).
is there a website we can be directed to to help us with understanding, I think for now she will cut out the top 3 (Cows Milk, Egg White ( Gluten) and see how she fares. There will be a lot of ingredient checking I am sure !!
Can she still eat cheese, yoghurt and ice cream ?
