The top rungs of the milk ladder (and where is cream on the milk ladder)

After a painstaking 4 years creeping up the milk ladder with setbacks along the way, DD is nearing the top and I'm not sure how best to handle these final stages.

She can tolerate cheese and yoghurt with with no reaction whatsoever, and milk in bechamel sauce, thick custard and rice pudding and mashed potato.

She had a small amount of double cream with a pudding last week and was fine. None of the charts mention cream. Where do others think this would sit on the ladder?

I'm wondering where to go from here. It's tempting to give her a teaspoon of fresh milk but I don't want to undo any of our work!

Her last skin prick test was in July when she still showed a reaction to milk which is what is making me think she can't possibly be ok to have uncooked milk just yet.
