Citric acid and eczema

Is it possible for citric acid to cause a flare up. My LO has recently been having plain soya yogurt and is having a flare up. He’s not allergic to soya as he’s been tested for soya during his skin prick test. Most fruits do seem to irritate his skin.

I think it's definitely possible @Hope54321, I'm sure I've seen it mentioned on here before.

Do you think it might be worth talking to The Eczema Society or Allergy UK? I'm just wondering if either of them can give you some information or tips?
