hes cows milk intolerant and im sure hes not had anything today or yesterday containing cows milk produce.gggrrr.fed up with it.

My dd has had bug after bug after bug. The cranial osteopath told me to give her asidophilus for a month to rebuild the friendly bacteria in the gut that fight diarrhoa and sickness bugs. Might help? Sorry, don't know anything about milk intolerances but I have had my fair share of hideous nappies!

agree with the probiotics - acidophilus or one of the others as acidophillus is often milk derived. You can source milk free ones on the internet but getting them locally would be harder. Or try lactase, it's very easy for a trace of contamination to get into food.
