So hope someone can help I’ve been suffering sinus and headaches for a few weeks now, just recently been prescribed prescription nasal spray & antihistamines, my nose is blocked too and feels like I’m all clogged up, so today I blew my nose and yellow/green snot came out does that mean sinuses are draining or is it an infection ? Thanks

I'd guess that was an infection. How are you now?

I've had the same, had it for 2 weeks, then better for a week. Thought it had gone so had my booster. Then it started again for another 2 weeks. Doctor said sudafed/paracetamol and otrivine nose spray. The problem with all these meds is that they can make nose worse so only use when really necessary. Doctor said viral so no antibiotics. I couldn't breathe from mouth as nose was fully blocked. The last two weeks I had it, I have only used piriton syrup (antihistamine) and it helped me. took it about twice a day.

Just to add there has also been mild ear pain on and off. I'm much better but can feel some ear pain. One thing to watch with sinus is for your wisdom teeth. One of mine is impacted but not been a problem. So if it doesn't get better worth getting it cheked from a dentist if needs pulling out. but I wouldn't suggest pulling it out, best to just clean the area, pulling out a wisdom tooth is a surgery and best to not have many surgeries in life.
