Allergy Testing

My DD has her first allergy test tomorrow and my partner was meant to take her however he has a major meeting at work and therefore can't. I have had to mess my job around last minute during the biggest crisis we've ever had to deal with that's having a major impact in our sector so I have told them I will log back on after however she is only 1 and I worry that I'm a bad mum for leaving her in the care of someone else after such a big appointment.

I also worry about wasting the NHS's time and resources as she had her allergy at 6months to a vegetable and the doctor referred her but told us to cut it out of her diet.

How was your little ones after their tests?

My little guy has had skin pricks and blood several times since the age of 6 months to 2.
He's always okay during but it can be a lot of waiting around so bring lots of things to keep little one entertained.
After, he tends to be knackered and has a nap! Otherwise, no issues.
