DD 13 is suffering with this horrendously. She normally takes fexofenadine 20 mg twice a day but it seems like it's stopped working the last few weeks. I've tried Benadryl 10 mg over the counter but it only gives a little relief. I have an air purifier in her room, hoovering mattress etc.
Any advice welcome please

I have this. I use a nasal spray from GP daily. I take antihistamine daily and I use a nasal wash when I feel it's all too much otherwise I use steam to inhale for 2 minutes a few times a day. And take a lot of pain killers. Damp dust all surfaces, Hoover everywhere as often as you can bear it, do you have any keys? Is she allergic to washing powder?
