Cows milk allergy

Hi my Ds is suffering from diahrea since his birth and the poop is very runny and mucusy with often little blood.He cries alot before poop.his stomach makes sound aswell. Talked the gp.they referred to infant feeding team and suggested it to be cows milk protein allergy.
I have cut of dairy from my diet.its been 3 days but he still have ruuny mucusy poops with blood and alotof discomfort while doing it.
Has anyone had such experience. It makes me really anxious and feel sad for little soul's suffering.

I would go bank to the GP tomorrow and ask to be referred to the allergy team. He could have more allergies than just the milk.

It's also worth talking to the Infant Feeding Team again

Been busy with little one.i didn't see any blood for 2 days but its back again and I am strictly dairy free.

I'd definitely ask for a referral to the allergy team. Around half of all people with CMPA are also allergic to Soya. He definitely needs to see a GP anyway

In the hospital. Little one had blood in his stools again a little more than before and he was in alot of pain. His Cries were very different more like screaming in pain.
It started last night.he is very upset.no other symptoms just crying straining while passing stools.
Doctors took his blood and stool sample to check.
It's been 4 hours we are here.
