Rash and joint pain

Past week and a half I've had a rash coming up every evening and pain in my joints mainly wrists and knees. Rash is usually gone by the morning! Doctor just said virus but I'm not so sure. Anyone ever experienced this?

You can a rash and joint pains with Coeliac disease but the rash is usually long lasting and doesn’t respond to treatment (apart from stopping all gluten).

I had a similar rash with bowel issues last year. Coeliac was ruled out, bowel problems eventually went (various tests found nothing but still waiting for gastro referral) and the rash went around the same time.
