*Quick eczema cream application question!*

Morning, DD (5 mo) has just been prescribed Fucidin H cream - .5% hydrocordisone with some antibiotic - for a patch of eczema on her face and scalp that has got a bit nasty. We started using it last night and it's already kicking in I think. Question is, should we/is it ok to apply other creams between twice daily application? i.e. aqueous cream which is what GP has prescribed for the dryness?

TIA

Aqueous cream is fine as the area has to remain moisturised. I find that once the skin in regularly moisturised the flares are minimised.

I do, but my GP told me to make sure the cortisone cream was well absorbed first. i used to leave it a few hours.

Brilliant, that's what I thought but just wanted to check...
