Birthday Cake Recipes?

Hi all - would love to make my son a birthday cake but he's allergic to wheat malt barley and eggs and intolerant to nuts - has anyone managed to find a recipe that would work ? Thanks so much !

Have a look at the Deliciously Ella books/website. She bakes with various flours.
I would probably do a practice run first as I find some of her bakes to be a bit hit and miss.
Sorry I can't help, but plain wheat flour is the one allergen I DON'T have to avoid.

Slightly cheating but would this Carrot Cake Mix from Asda be ok?

The only other thing I can think of is a Vanilla Cake recipe, like this one.

One of my sister also facing allergies problem while she eating cake which is made with egg. So, may be your son also had same problem like my sister.
