My baby is nearly 6 months and although he has not yet been diagnosed as coeliac (I am) I am reluctant to use any wheat/non-gluten free ingrediants in the food I prepare for him. Some of the 6 month recipes now require me to use plain flour but naturally I am reluctant to use this as it is not gluten-free, so I am wondering whether it would be ok to use gluten-free flour instead? I would be grateful for any advice from other coeliac mums! Thanks
