You have my total sympathy, that stuff nearly killed me off the other year when all of the local farmers planted fields of it near to us.

Have you got an air filter?

KJSW37 · 15/08/2021 11:36

No, what’s an air filter? I bought some nasal spray that seems to help a bit but my eyes are so irritated 😣

Sodium cromoglicate eye drops will help enormously. I also use Hycosan dual eye drops as the sodium cromoglicate does make your eyes dry. You might also consider a Lloyd's Pharmacy allergy reliever. I find it makes a big difference in relieving my symptoms.

Fexofenadene tablets and Avymys nose spray, both on prescription, is the only thing that works for me. I dab the nose spray around my eyes when they're bad too.
