Greek yoghurt/dairy

Is there a reason why yogurt, particularly Greek yoghurt, gives me a headache when other dairy doesn't necessarily? I can usually have a bit of dairy but not loads, but Greek yogurt, even a drizzle, means my sinuses are painful the next day. I had a test for lactose intolerance years ago and it was negative but I definitely do get headaches from eating what other people would consider normal amounts of dairy.

No idea on why Greek yoghurt particularly affects you but could you have CMPA. I have it and yoghurt gives me stomach pain for days.

That sounds awful, BR. I don't have symptoms that severe but I do feel absolutely great on an exclusion diet so there's something.

I fell fantastic almost as soon as I gave dairy up. Wish I'd done it much sooner Smile
