Milk alternative/histamine intolerence

Hi, I'm starting an elimination diet for histamine intolerence soon, and I need a milk alternative for tea and coffee. Biggest problem is I'm allergic to nuts so almond is out. Whats the best for tea and coffee as I don't think I could survive without. Also any tips on histamine/eczema illumination diet gratefully received.

I'm dairy, soya and gluten free, and my favourite alternative is coconut milk for coffee. Unfortunately I've not found anything that works with tea, it's all just wrong. Looking forward to when I can have dairy again (I'm only off it as my son has CMPA). Oat milk is also good, but I can't have most brands as they're not GF - I've heard Oatly barista is the best

Thats really helpful thanks. I'm sure I could cope with just coffee, I'm caffeine free already.

I like oat milk for tea, although I prefer the fresh Alpro no sugar one. The Oatley is just too creamy somehow.
