Is it intolerance?

My LG has just turn one so trying to make the switch to cows milk. Previously she was on formula with no issues.
She is currently refusing which we expect. She may have a small out but that is it. I've recently notice she is screaming more late at night. Rather unsettled. And if she has a yogurt in the day she is also sick. She have never being a sickly baby so it's not like her to be sick.
I'm wondering if it is something to do with the dairy?
Has anyone else gone through anything similar ?

It does sound as if it could be non-ige Cow's Milk Protein Allergy (CMPA), which is what I have.
