Toddler hay fever

My 2 year old has had a stuffy/runny nose for a week now, seems to rub her eyes often, and sometimes face seems a bit puffed. I feel like it gets worse after going out.
Has anyone else's toddler had a hay fever?

Have you tried antihistamines? You can get liquid ones for that age

They take time to build up resistance don't they? I have hay fever and one tablet doesn't make a difference for me, tbh the only thing that makes a difference for me is nasal spray but even that recommended dose is not enough
