Could my persistantly coated tongue(sorry disgusting i know ) pos be a food intolerance ?

I will try anything to get rid of my furry tongue-any advise X

No-i have given up smoking tho !
I eat fairly healthily as i have a stomach ulcer but def always room for improvement and maybe a detox-good idea thanks.

Get a tongue scraper :-) they work wonders

some people will say almost anything is caused by a food intolerance. I don't know but a healthy diet won't do any harm. I would have thought reflux - which is made worse by smoking and anything acid - might be more likely. Try not eating, or drinking alcohol, late at night and raising the head of your bed.
