My little one is 8 months old and for the last 2 months her skin keeps coming out in a horrible rash. It originally flared up when I was prescribed diprobase for her, we haven’t used it since but it is still happening. She can’t sleep properly or sit with anything against her back. I’m just wondering if anyone has any suggestions to what may be causing it or how I can help relieve it. She has been prescribed allerief.

Have you tried some antihistamines?

jajabanks · 24/04/2021 10:55

Sorry I think what you were given is antihistamines. Did they say what it was she had? Looks like urticaria from what I can see (I have that) but obviously I'm no Dr. If it is that there not much else you can do. I was given some menthol cream which can give a little bit of relief also there's an oil I put in bath when really bad called something like balneum X

I'd go back to the GP.
