Whole30 and intolerances

Just thought I would share I started the whole30 diet to see if it would help with my rosacea. It’s strict, but it’s supposed to give your body a reset and after 30 days you slowly introduce foods back in. Basically no fake foods, sugar, grains, dairy or legumes. You can eat fruits, veggies, meats (not processed), fish and nuts. And potatoes.

It’s only day 4 and I notice an improvement in my rosacea. Of course I was hoping I would see an over night improvement. But most people take a week or two to see improvement. I’m hoping this will help my rosacea go away for good!!

Forgot to add I also have a little eczema on my face. At first I thought it was all eczema, but realise some rosacea and some eczema on my back.

I've never even heard of it. Glad you're getting some results Smile
