Hi

My DD had a reaction today which might be related to her having some chocolate after 3 weeks of dairy free. one of the worst symptoms for her was bladder irritation, thirst and it was coupled with tummy ache.
She was getting in a tizz about it, and we gave her paracetamol and then later on antihistamine. I don't know if it is related to the dairy free of course, although the timing seems suspicious.

My question is - would the anti-hist have any effect if it is due to the dairy? does anti-hist help intolerances?

I'd have thought no tbh but wanted to give it a whirl.

Yes it should. I've tried it in the past and it's worked for me.

Thanks for your reply. It didn't make her worse so that is something!

It didn't make her worse so that is something! Always a bonus when you've got allergies Smile
