I wanted to buy my son some nice bath stuff for Christmas.
He has eczema so I am looking for advice on any products I could buy him.
TIA

How old is he Cass?

Cassimin · 01/12/2020 15:02

He’s 22.
I’m buying everyone smellies and his skin flares up if I buy him gift sets

I'm not sure really, my DS has a different skin condition and can't tolerate any "smellies" either.

We were advised by the GO to try this and it really works.

Appreciate though that your DS might not take baths and that it's not really a naice gift set.

Superdry have got a set of body sprays in, if that would meet your needs a bit better?

As a sufferer of eczema I wouldn't recommend bath products. I only use medicated things on my skin; even the Dead Sea salts sting. I also avoid baths and prefer to shower.

If you have to buy bath things, Oilatum or Aveeno are more gentle.

Thanks for your advice. He doesn’t tend to bath but might buy some of those salts for myself.
I’ve just ordered some Aveeno products from amazon so hopefully he’ll be ok with them.
