Seed allergy?

We have reason to believe our DD may be allergic to some seeds (awaiting allergy test to confirm).
I have been checking food packaging but I only see sesame listed - are other seeds not required to be listed as allergens on food packaging?

Sorry if this is a stupid question - I'm completely new to this and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed.

Unfortunately other seeds done have to be highlighted so you need to read ingredient lists very carefully.
I have a dc allergic to other seeds and it's not easy.
Online shopping means i can spend time looking but eating out is very tricky

It's entirely normal to feel overwhelmed Flowers

Parents of anaphylactic children are said to have the highest stress levels - you're always checking.

Just wait til you have a second anaphylactic child Hmm. But we get there, they grow up and it just becomes part of family life

I could never relate until now and it is very stressful and difficult. Thank you for your kind words Smile I know we will get there.
DP and I have allergies but nothing serious so it's been quite a big shock to us.
