Can I take piriton if I took piriteze at 1.am this morning , it's now 7pm at night , I had an elergic reaction to something my ears were burning and lumpy and my knees were red hot with a raised blotchy red rash and my elbows were itching like mad , it's been ok today but flaring up abit and I wanted to try piriton

Yes, you can.

If ever you're unsure about medication, ring a pharmacist. Most supermarket pharmacies are open until 9pm or later.

I am not medically qualified, so this is not advice, but I can tell you that during the peak of the hay fever season I often take 2 x 10mg Loratadine in 24h with no adverse effects.
