Eczema in weaning baby-how long after removal of allergen should skin improve?

Hoping to hear experiences really, I know all are different.

6m old baby with delayed type CMPA. Started weaning 2 weeks ago, hes only had fruit, veg and a small amount of oat milk/yogurt mashed with the fruit.

He’s developed a rash that looks like eczema on torso, face and legs. May be coincidence but the timing with weaning is suspicious. Oat is the most likely allergen I guess so I’ve stopped giving it to him (not had for 3 days).

My question is, for non IgE reactions, if suspicions are correct, how long might it take for his skin to improve?
