yukky yukky sinusitis

I've always been prone to ENT problems but since DS2 was born 3 months ago i have had sinusitis 4 times. Anti biotics, sprays etc dont work. Have cut dairy out of diet and that hasn't worked either. Is this hormone related and will it subside ? So fed up as its hard enough dealing with 2 LO's let alone when permanently run down with sinus problems.

sure you've got rid of all traces of dairy? Skimmed milk powder gets everywhere. If that doesn't help you probably want to have some X-rays or scans to check if you have polyps. X-rays aren't that useful but scans are expensive so they might not want to do one.

can you feel polyps ? I had a deviated septum straightened and some holes drilled (!) a couple of years ago but problems have come right back.
