Pregnant and sudden problem with dairy

I'm 12 weeks pregnant and since getting pregnant I get diarrhea if I eat dairy. It's taken me 12 weeks to be 100% sure that's what's causing it because I've never heard of anything like this, and I didn't want to cut out dairy while pregnant because it's such good nutrition. I have already been having lactose free milk for years (but normal cheese etc. as that's low in lactose anyway). But this is worse than any reaction I ever had with lactose before getting pregnant. The diarrhea even happened after half a cup of lactose free semi skimmed milk. It happens equally with milk, cheese and yoghurt.

Just wondered if anyone had heard of anything like this!

It's a long time ago now, but I developed a couple of allergies whilst pregnant. One, to the sticky stuff on plasters, disappeared soon after I gave birth. The other, not sure what it was but I couldn't eat ready made sandwich fillings. I still can't eat those (over 30 years later), though if i make the same thing myself (coronation chicken, seafood cocktail etc)
I have no problem. Might be worth a chat with your midwife?
