What is your hayfever like?

In the last few years I've begun to develop some allergies including dust and book mold, and this year I think hayfever decided to join the list. All summer I've gradually become more symptomatic. Spent all weekend ripping out an overgrown patch in the garden and got a drippy nose and slightly sore throat, then a bunch of sneezing fits and itchy watery eyes. Sunday I woke up and all the drippy runny nose stuff had been trapped in the back of my throat all night and that area felt very sore, and I've had many more sneezing fits tonight and the throat soreness comes and goes depending on how much drip is going down there. I've been taking OTC meds but I'm not sure they're doing anything.

Does anyone else experience hayfever like this? What treatment do you find most effective?

Fexafenadine. I dont know exactly what my allergies are, never been tested but suspect dust.
I cant cope without it tbh. My symptoms are the same as yours but dont tend to get sore eyes.
