Six month old vomiting

Hi, FTM here, admittedly on the anxious side.
Went to check on DS at 10pm and give a dream feed and he’d vomited all over his cot and the floor. We cleaned up and I stupidly continued the feed. Within ten minutes that was all over me.
Struggling to settle him back down but he was happy and not upset during the feed or during being sick.

Is there anything I can do to help him or I need to look out for?

Just beginning weaning, he had egg for dinner but has had it twice previously with no ill effect.

Thanks

Hi. FTM here too, although my little one is a bit older and so I'm a few months further along weaning. Is your DS still distressed? Any signs of rashes or tummy ache? If he has not experienced any problems with egg before, I'm wondering if he just ate a bit too much food this evening? It will be important to make sure he doesn't get dehydrated. Will he drink any water? I'm not medically trained and so if you are really worried it may be worth speaking to 101 for reassurance and advice.

Hope he feels better soon.

xx

Thanks. He’s not been distressed at all bless him. Have just tried him on some boiled cooled water rather than more formula and seems ok ☝️
