Hand gel recommendations

I am looking for a 'kind' hand gel that is not foam based for my dc's hands which have bad eczema as I am concerned that using the school sanitiser countless times a day will be impossible . They currently use a regular one which is ok for two uses a day but they have to apply strong hand emollient twice a day because of this.

School are saying on the information they have given us that sanitiser will need to be used about 12 times plus a day.

I would use simple soap and hand wash rather than use gel.

And as you say apply emollient as much as you need/can.

Perhaps soak hands in sea salt each evening to help heal skin.

They don't need to use hand gel. They need to have clean hands. School will have to make reasonable adjustments if this doesn't work due to the excema.

However if gel isn't a problem and won't cause a flare up I've found Superdrug 70% alcohol gel fine for me.
I brought a smaller bottle and decant it in. Currently 2 large bottles are £10
