Very bad tummy problems

Hi all.
I have been having very bad tummy problems for a couple months now. Have previously been diagnosed with IBS with not too many problems but I have been having a lot of problems recently.
Stomach pains, dirohea, feeling sick, tiredness....
I am not sure if its an intolerance to something. Had homemade pizzas at my dads couple weeks ago (base was pre made) and I was in agony for a day. Tonight had a small amount of macaroni cheese and again I am in agony and feeling very sick.
I have had a blood test which came back normal and waiting for results from stool sample.
My cousin has recently been diagnosed with crohns and now has a stoma bag because shes been so poorly and I am worried I could have this...
Any help or advice would be grately recieved!

Have you noticed any symptom flare ups that seem to occur with certain foods? As both foods you mentioned there have cheese and gluten which are both a common intolerance.

I would say bread and wheat things but then sometimes I can be ok and other times not. Last night I had a lidl pizza and was fine.....

I would cut out both gluten and dairy for a few days. Then reintroduce one for a few days and see if you get symptoms. Then try the other. I have food intolerances and usually experience symptoms a day later, so you do need to give it a couple of days.

Sorry you're feeling poorly.
As pp said gluten and dairy are common. And for intolerances you're likely to have symptoms fairly swiftly- ie immediately to the next day but probably
Not a week later-when the system will have mostly removed whatever you ate or drank.
Note this though- we all start by removing 'obvious' triggers, dairy, gluten, fat, meat but things like carrots, lettuce, fruits or preservatives can irritate the system, it's worth excluding them and seeing if there's a difference!

Stop sugar and carbs.
Look at the Fast 800 diet for ideas for food.
Sugar and carbs are the devil 😈 even if you do t need to lose weight.

Thank you. I have also been looking at the FODMAP

I think I will do that with dairy and gluten. I have also been trying to eat healthily and salads seem to be pretty bad for me.
