My DS (11 wks) has a rash on his forehead and his head - lots of little red bumps and dry skin with some small yellow scabs. I was using diluted tea tree oil and lots of hydromol on it, which seemed to manage but it comes back every couple of days. E45 hasn't worked. Doc thought it was Impetigo and DS responded to antibiotics but it was back within a day of stopping them. Don't want to give him anymore. Any ideas?
