my son is allergic to milk and egg and we always have difficulty eating out.Does anyone out there know of any food places that have been able to cater for young children with allergies?

My ds is allergic to all dairy, egg and nuts, when we eat lunch out at a restaurant he will normally have beans on toast (without butter) or chips and peas (he doesn't eat meat) and fruit for desert.
