Do you put weight on when you eat something you are intolerant to?

I think I do and it is getting me down. I avoid the foods as much as possible but sometimes I can't.

When I was first tested I had to avoid a lot of food and I lost 1.5 stone very quickly and easily and then another half a stone more slowly. I am on attempt number five of trying to lose that same half stone Sad.

I am intolerant to onion, leek, prawn, plaice, baked beans, wheat, aspartame, haddock, rice and turmeric.
