Soya Intolerance- ladder is awful!

Hi all,

My LO has both a dairy and a soya intolerance. We are just about to start the soya ladder but I honestly don’t actually want to just because of how much rubbish/empty food is on the ladder. We’ve been really careful in trying to ensure our LO has a really good diet, no refined sugar etc but everything on the list is awful.

Does anyone have any alternatives to the options mentioned?

Thanks!

What things are on it?

Hello

My daughter has Soy and dairy allergies. We are just restarting the diary ladder. Last time I baked the home made recipies but my daughter was not impressed (neither was I on tasting) and we only did step 1 (biscuits)
This time I am doing the shop bought biscuits, and serving them broken as a crumble with fruit. I figure its only for a week, and gets better as we progress (cakes I will home bake)
What is on the Soya ladder? I hadn't been told about one, and really hope that we get to that one soon, once we have some success with dairy.
