Hello, can you tell me what do you see?

It comes during spring and its ictchy. 😣 ive been having antihistamines and i am yet to see any change. Do you any of you get it during spring time and if yes, any tips on how to make it better (or go away?)

It looks similar to pompholyx eczema, but that is usually on the hands & feet. More common in spring / summer as heat can be a trigger.
Have a google of it & see what you think

If it happens when your skin is exposed to the sun in spring it may be polymorphic light eruptions. I suffer from this and it looks similar to what I get. It’s really itchy.

It started on my arms the first time I got it. Now I get it so bad that my face is the only place free from it. Once my skin has become used to the sun, so by summer every year, it stops happening, until the next year when back it comes.
Try googling polymorphic light eruptions and/or PLE for more info.

I put tea tree on a damp cloth and wrapped my leg in it when I had something similar.
