Ds 4m has been put on similac alimentum.
Due to always having loose stools very yellow and rarely a paste consistency Often snuffly / sneezy. And really dry skin which developed at 2.5m
Pead said to try for 2 weeks, return to regular milk if symptoms return then go back to similac. If the symptoms don't improve with similac still return to regular milk.
So far he's not happy with the taste and only taking 1 bottle but hopefully he'll get used to it

Is been a struggle as the pead told gp to prescribe 4 weeks worth and she only did 4 x 400g tins which would only be approx 10 days so spend 2 days chasing to get a few more sent to try the full 2 weeks and ensure the gp was aware the chemist had to order it. As she wasn't aware.. In fairness she said to me she hadn't dealt with this in a baby yet as she'd newly qualified and always got a 2nd opinion which was good.
