Hi there - I am currently on a 4 week elimination diet from Dairy, Yeast, Eggs and Wheat.
I think I am pretty ok on what "not to have" regards Dairy, Eggs and Wheat.
But is there anything in particular I should be looking out for yeast wise other than the very obvious ones. Yeast extract seems to be in everything.
I didn't follow the whole thing "STRICTLY" but am now because there was no point in trying to sneak the odd of glass of wine so am now doing without.
I am feeling a bit better as my abdominal cramping and diahorrea aren't half as bad as they were but I am still feeling very lethargic and tired.
Want to stick with it to see what difference it makes but am going to make appt to see GP when I finish it if I don't feel a lot better.
Am also keeping a food diary.
