I have been lactose intolerant since the start of the year. Came on very suddenly as the result of illness I think. Since lockdown I have been having the Cathedral City lactose free cheese and Arla cheese spread with no issue until today! I have had both today and now my stomach is cramping to buggery! I haven’t been ill yet, which I would if it were normal cheese, but does this suggest I’ve now developed an allergy to cows milk protein too?
