Can't buy GF flour anywhere for coeliac DS

Because of the stockpiling.

Anyone got any suggestions?

You’ve obviously thought of alternatives like rice/crackers/cereal depending on what meal?

If it’s just for making sauces, you can use cornflour.

What do you need it for?

DS is a young adult. And likes baking cakes.

Couldn't get ground almonds either, although I bought some whole ones so we can grind our own.

ASDA had everything in stock other than their own brand plain gf flour when I shopped earlier. Loads of own brand SR GF flour and plenty of all the GF Doves.

Have you tried Amazon? There was plenty on there yesterday.

I wondered if anyone has been able to buy any GF flour in the usual places. maybe one supermarket is better than others for stocking it?

Amazon only has 16kg bags. A bit more than we need!

My local morrisons had some this week but was sold out last week.
Other idea is health food stores like Holland and barrett often have it ( or ground almonds or almond flours)

No Asda near us, unfortunately

I bought some quinoa flour on amazon earlier for me relative who has gluten allergy. Apparently is good for baking, but don't think she's tried it before as normally gets doves gf flour. She also is one if the vunerable, so can't go looking in local shops.
